cocuya
Punta Cana
A new destination taking shape — made for surf and play, the long table and the hours after sunset.
ScrollWe are drawn to places where the landscape sets the rhythm — where cultures overlap, and an evening is allowed to become something nobody planned.
cocuya is our attempt to build one: fifty hectares gathered around water in Punta Cana, made for surf and for stillness, for the long table and the music that follows it.
The idea
The coast keeps the sunrise.
We build for the sunset.
Punta Cana’s beaches face east — glorious at dawn, and by evening the light has moved on behind them. cocuya is planned around water that faces west: a calm lagoon, its own shoreline, and a horizon shaped to hold the last hour of the day.
cocuya is where the day gets longer.
Water shapes the plan.
